Prohibition of Unsolicited Communication
Users of Budhha Beats Digital services are strictly prohibited from utilizing our platform, brand, or network to transmit unsolicited mass communications. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (UBE) or unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) promoting distributed content.
- Utilizing automated bots to spam social media platforms, comment sections, or forums with links to content distributed via Budhha Beats Digital.
- Phishing, spoofing, or impersonating Budhha Beats Digital staff or distribution partners to fraudulently manipulate users.
Platform Manipulation & Artificial Streaming
In the context of music distribution, "Spam" heavily encompasses the systemic manipulation of Digital Service Providers (DSPs). It is strictly prohibited to engage in any activity that artificially inflates streaming numbers or engagement. Prohibited actions include:
- Bot Farms: Utilizing automated software to repeatedly play tracks.
- Click Farming & Playlisting Fraud: Paying third-party "marketing" services that use deceptive scripts to auto-play or auto-like content.
- Metadata Spam: Intentionally manipulating metadata (e.g., repeatedly changing titles to game search algorithms, stuffing keywords, or misrepresenting artists).
Any detection of artificial streaming or metadata spam will result in immediate content takedown, permanent account suspension, and the forfeiture of all associated royalties.
Data Protection and User Privacy
Budhha Beats Digital will never sell, rent, or distribute your email address to unqualified third parties without your explicit consent. Any promotional communications you receive directly from us will always include a clear, immediate opt-out / unsubscribe mechanism in accordance with global CAN-SPAM regulations.
Reporting Violations
If you believe you have received unsolicited communications falsely claiming to be affiliated with Budhha Beats Digital, or if you suspect an account is utilizing our platform for metadata spam or algorithmic manipulation, please report it immediately.
We investigate all abuse complaints thoroughly and strictly collaborate with our ecosystem partners to remove bad actors.
