- Takedowns: Content removal mandated by a DSP due to copyright strikes, community guideline violations, streaming fraud detection, or algorithmic errors.
- Payment Delays: Delays in royalty settlements caused directly by a DSP failing to report or transfer funds on schedule.
All engagement with these third-party platforms is ultimately bound by their specific Terms of Service.
Earnings & Royalty Disclaimer
While Budhha Beats Digital utilizes authorized Distribution Partners (e.g., 7tunes Music) to provide global reach, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, royalty rate, or level of streaming success.
As per our Terms of Service, our obligation to pay royalties is based strictly on "Net Revenue" actually received from upstream providers. Any deductions, operational fees, or revenue withholdings applied by DSPs, governments, banks, or Distribution Partners are inherently outside our control, and we assume zero liability to compensate for such unreceived funds.
